Fan Coil Unit Options

Unit Options is part of FCU Pricing Screen 2.  Available choices are based on the selected model and coil.  Click the appropriate link below for details on that model and coil combination:

• Horizontal Low Profile Fan Coils
• Vertical Floor Mount Fan Coils
• Vertical Low Profile Floor Mount Fan Coils
• Vertical Hi-Rise Fan Coils

To clear all selections and return all fields to their defaults, click the Reset button.

• Spare Filter:  Select a spare filter, or leave the default at None.  Multiple filters may be ordered by entering the desired number in the Spare Filter Qty. box.
• Foil Faced Insulation (Horizontal Concealed Free Return FCU, Horizontal Concealed Plenum Return FCU): Check the box to select.
• Bottom Panel (Horizontal Concealed Plenum Return FCU):  Choose a bottom panel style.
• Bottom Hinged Electrical Enclosure:  Check the box to select.
• Drain Pan:  Select the drain pan construction type.
• Secondary Drain Connection:  Check the box to select.
• Auxiliary Drain Pan:  Select the auxiliary drain pan construction type.  The default is None (no auxiliary drain pan).
• Thermostat: Choose a thermostat code. The default is none.
• Control Package: Choose a control package code.
• Fan Speed Controller: Check the box to select.
• Disconnect Switch: Choose a style of disconnect switch. The default is none.
• Main Fusing: Choose a main fusing. The default is none.
• Float Switch: Choose a float switch. The default is none.
• Speed Switch: Choose a switch. The default is none.
• Return Air, Supply Air, and Paint Options (Horizontal Ceiling Exposed Cabinet FCU Only): Choose from the available options.
• SFA Number: If you have a Special Feature Authorization (SFA), include the SFA Number and dollar amount in the fields provided.

• Spare Filter:  Select a spare filter, or leave the default at None.  Multiple filters may be ordered by entering the desired number in the Spare Filter Qty. box.
• Foil Faced Insulation: Check the box to select.
• 16 Gauge Front Panel: Check the box to select.
• Leveling Legs: Check the box to select.
• Falseback or Subbase: Choose one, and specify a length in the field below.
• Extended End Pocket (Vertical Floor Exposed FCU, Vertical Floor Exposed Slope Top FCU): Check the box to select.
• Fasteners (Tamper Proof): Check the box to select.
• Drain Pan:  Select the drain pan construction type.
• Auxiliary Drain Pan:  Select the auxiliary drain pan construction type.  The default is None (no auxiliary drain pan).
• Thermostat: Choose a thermostat code. The default is none.
• Thermostat Location: Choose Remote or Unit Mounted.
• Control Package: Choose a control package code.
• Fan Speed Controller: Check the box to select.
• Disconnect Switch: Choose a style of disconnect switch. The default is none.
• Main Fusing: Choose a main fusing. The default is none.
• Float Switch: Choose a float switch. The default is none.
• Speed Switch: Choose a switch. The default is none.
• Return Air, Supply Air, Outside Air, and Paint Options: Choose from the available options.
• SFA Number: If you have a Special Feature Authorization (SFA), include the SFA Number and dollar amount in the fields provided.

Unit Options for Vertical Low Profile Floor Mount Fan Coils with Chilled Water or Chilled Water/ Hot Water Changeover Coils.

• Spare Filter:  Select a spare filter, or leave the default at None.  Multiple filters may be ordered by entering the desired number in the Spare Filter Qty. box.
• Foil Faced Insulation: Check the box to select.
• Leveling Legs: Check the box to select.
• Fasteners (Tamper Proof): Check the box to select.
• Drain Pan:  Select the drain pan construction type.
• Thermostat: Choose a thermostat code. The default is none.
• Thermostat Location: Choose Remote or Unit Mounted.
• Control Package: Choose a control package code.
• Fan Speed Controller: Check the box to select.
• Disconnect Switch: Choose a style of disconnect switch. The default is none.
• Main Fusing: Choose a main fusing. The default is none.
• Float Switch: Choose a float switch. The default is none.
• Speed Switch: Choose a switch. The default is none.
• Supply Air and Paint Options: Choose from the available options.
• SFA Number: If you have a Special Feature Authorization (SFA), include the SFA Number and dollar amount in the fields provided

• Drain Pan:  Select the drain pan construction type. To specify a Removable Drain Pan, check the box.
• Thermostat: Choose a thermostat code. The default is none.
• Thermostat Location: Choose Remote, Unit Mounted, or ADA.
• Control Package: Choose a control package code.
• Fan Speed Controller: Check the box to select.
• Disconnect Switch: Choose a style of disconnect switch. The default is none.
• Main Fusing: Choose a main fusing. The default is none.
• Float Switch: Choose a float switch. The default is none.
• Speed Switch: Choose a switch. The default is none.
• 79" Cabinet Add: Check the box to select.
• Return Air, Supply Air, Outside Air, Paint Options and Unit Discharge Openings: Choose from the available options.
• Riser Type:  Choose a riser type.  The default is No Riser. Choosing a Riser Type enables additional riser options below.
• Riser Insulation:  Choose an insulation thickness.
• Riser Chase, 22 Gauge: Check the box to select.
• Riser Length:  Select a length.
• Supply Riser Diameter:  Choose a diameter.
• Supply Capped/Reduced: Select Supply Cap Up/Down or Reduce Up/Down. The default is None.
• Return Riser Diameter: Choose a diameter.
• Return Capped/Reduced: Select Supply Cap Up/Down or Reduce Up/Down. The default is None.
• Condensate Riser Diameter:  Choose a diameter.
• Condensate Reduced: Select Condensate Reduced Up. The default is None.
• Riser Extension:  Check the box to select, then choose a riser extension length.
• SFA Number: If you have a Special Feature Authorization (SFA), include the SFA Number and dollar amount in the fields provided.
